22 year old male looking for long term accomodation in Amsterdam preferably zuidoost

I'm 20 years old student studying at the Uva. Currently I'm looking for a place to stay for my 2nd year and probably 3rd year as well. I've lived abroad for 6 years, 4 in US and 2 in Norway. I will be going to school, gym, or playing games for most of my time. I'm quite tidy with my living space. I'm currently in a rush to look for a room to stay for at least 1 year and I want to keep my options open. I start studying this year 1st September and finish around July.
