20 years old Japanese student is looking for accomodation in Amsterdam/Can cook Japanese food

Hi everyone, I'm Japanese university student, and I'll go to UvA from next September. I'm looking for accomodation I can use from 25th August to February or November, near UvA or central, and safety area, and don't need contract more than 3months. I have some leisure time because I'll study at research institute and can arrange my time frexibly. So if you have interest about Japan and Japanese language, I can spare time to teach above it and cook Japanese food for flatmate and flatmate's friends.
