I did not receive any money to help with living costs.
What is the student lifestyle like in Amsterdam?
The student community is quite vibrant and active if you go to the right places.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Amsterdam to other students?
No.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Amsterdam?
I spent a lot of money trying to find accommodation on websites but only found places through word of mouth and friends. The accommodation is Amsterdam is awful and I received no help from my university when I was homeless.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Amsterdam from your city?
Bike.
